learning question

What are the properties and laws of reflection?
Hi, I found this on this website:   http://library.thinkquest.org/10796/ch10/mirror.htm

Mirrors that we see every day in bathrooms are very flat surfaces that reflect almost all the light.
The virtual image that seems to be behind the mirror is of the same size of the object from where the rays come from. The distance between the object and the mirror is the same distance between the mirror and the virtual image. The most notable difference is that the virtual image is reversed.

There is also more on this website:   http://wiki.answers.com/Q/How_do_mirrors_reflect_light

When light shines onto an object viewed in a mirror, the rays are reflected into the eye. The rays come from a position behind the mirror. The image is the same size as the object and the same distance from the mirror. In the image, left is right and right becomes left. The angle that the light gets pointed on to the mirror is the same as the angle that gets reflected of the mirror!
